We are really proud to present our studs as we were successful in creating a quite flexible system for custom-made production.  The studs or pins are processed as one piece incl. peg! You can define the following parameters:

Diameter of head (5.00 - max. 17mm)
Length of head/plate (1.50 - max. 10mm)
Length of peg (5.00 - max. 14mm)

At this process level you get a peg with a plate already faced at the backside.

Next step is mounting a gem position for the gem you provided. Therefore following parameters are free to define:

Diameter of gem (3.50 - max. 10mm)
Gem position (width of edge +0.10mm)
Gem height (table top to calotte)

The result is a cylindrical stud with a perfectly adjusted gem support.. Final completion step is to combine the gem with an individual outer contour. We only need a drawing as pattern.
