TRS-System

This precision tension-system for wedding- resp. jewellery rings, and clock shells guarantees highest tension exactness without complex adjustment.  Even difficult items like tensioning of short steps or thin-walled pieces can be done rapidly and reliably by means of the TRS-system. The tension-system can be used for cutting works at the outer shape of rotational balanced working pieces with conventional or CNC lathe / milling machines. 

Base instrument is the tensioning spindle made from a special stainless steel. The sleeves are available in tension range # 45 - # 97 ring size, The clamping surface of the sleeves can vary in width between 1 to 10 mm  and are free to define. For clockmaker's need special fabricates are availabe.

The TRS will be delivered completely with spindle and sleeves sized  # 45- # 77, width 1-10mm , in a lacquered beach wood board. Tray and sleeves are clearly lettered.
