Course Project about Thomas Knauf Design
articlesAs part of a certificate course "Specialist for International Business Relation" conducted by the Centre for Further Education of the German Chamber for Trade and Commerce, IHK Bonn/Rhein-Sieg mbh a bilingual market study about the sales potential of our products in Great Britain was undertaken by Bettina Bilogan and Nina Wende.

Internet research, several interviews with customers and experts, direct contacts with product presentation and a limited field research with a selected focus group were part of the comprehensive and very engaged done project. A review was given of the primary interests in the English jewelry market and the expectation referring the process of product imports.

Operative marketing instruments as product-, service-, and distribution policy were analysed and a corresponding  recommendations were submitted.

Ms. Bilogan and Ms. Wende received an extremely high appraisal for this course project and we were very pleased too.

Furthermore the positive feedback of our English customers made us happy  assuring that they are " highly satisfied" with the quality of our products.
